Santa Vitória
Made from the best grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon 58% and Alicante Bouschet 42% from a vineyard that is around 20 years old.
Vinified separately, they underwent 5 days of cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 23ºC for 10 days.
The wine was aged in 1st, 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels for 14 months. This wine is the result of a selection of the best barrels.
