Vicentino
Open ruby color. The aroma is marked by notes of ripe cherries and raspberries surrounded by light toast and graphite from the barrels where it was aged.
In the mouth it is a vibrant wine, with a lot of minerality, showing a subtle herbaceousness, complexifying the whole and suggesting great potential for evolution.
The finish is long, fresh and salty.
