Harvested in a 22 kilogram box. Destemming and crushing, 12 hours of pre-fermentative maceration; Use of selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control (22-24ºC), post-fermentation fermentation for 60 days in the doughs.

Wine made from the Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro grape varieties.
