The color concentration is medium, thus revealing that not much extraction or maceration was intended during fermentation.

The aroma is quite complex, in an environment where vegetal notes sit alongside wild berry fruit and the wood is only present to support the wine. An aromatic ensemble of rare finesse.

On the palate we feel that it still has some spiky tannins that will ensure its life in the cellar, but what really stands out is the perfect balance between the various components, showing that finesse does not have to rhyme with concentration.
