Vinification in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and programmed pumping over.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to 225 liter oak barrels where it remains for 16 months.
Very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes from oak wood, very ripe red fruits and hints of curry.
Full-bodied and fleshy wine, with a pronounced flavor of red fruits. The finish is powerful and exotic, with ripe and round tannins.
