Quinta do Vallado
The name of this wine originates from the location of the vineyard from which it comes - Vinha da Coroa - situated on top of a hill, like a crown. It is an old vineyard, planted in 1958, with exposure to the North and with a mixture of 27 grape varieties (field blend).
Red and forest fruits, with a touch of toast from the barrel where it aged.
Very elegant, fresh and spicy wine, with a very long finish and a flavor of red fruits. It is completed by a pleasant vegetal touch and excellent tannins.
