On the nose it is delicate with aromas of citrus fruits, lemon and green apple, herbs such as mint and spearmint, and a light autolytic character with notes of toast and brioche.
In the mouth, it is elegant, presenting a very fine bubble, with flavors of lemon, green apple, apricot and with a greater presence of the aging on lees, presenting flavors of smoke and brioche. T
It ends with a striking acidity.
