A very Portuguese rosé, made from 100% Touriga Nacional, the most emblematic Portuguese red grape variety. Vinified using the classic method with little skin contact time and thus recognized for its elegant pale color.
A dry and gastronomic wine. Notes of red fruits (currant, raspberry) with floral nuances, but with vibrant acidity, a mineral base and a persistent aftertaste. Covela practices organic farming and is certified by KIWA-Sativa. This wine is vegan.
