Smell: Fresh and complex nose, with mineral notes of stone, gunpowder, citrus, apricot and lemongrass; Palate:
In the mouth: It is broad, subtly fresh and with acidity transporting the aromas to a persistent finish;
Vinification: Vinified using the open spout method, soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC;
Varieties: Encruzado, Cerceal Branco, Malvasia Fina and Syria
Alcohol Content: 12.5%
