This Casal das Aires white wine is produced from the Fernão-Pires grape variety, grown on the property's old vines, planted in 1934. It has a rich and slightly spicy aroma, with notes of grapefruit and apple, as well as meadow flowers, reminiscent of the arrival of spring, with a focus on buttercups.

On the palate, it presents a texture that oscillates between fresh marble and well-pressed linen, with a true length and presence in the mid-palate.
