This authentic Baga “Post Quercus” (before the Age of Oak) certainly has no makeup! It fermented and aged in buried amphorae, containers made of clay – exactly like the soil in the region.
Clay is a material with great porosity that allows good micro-oxygenation, creating delicate tannins.
