The oldest vineyard at Herdade do Rocim has always been affectionately called “Olho de Mocho”, as it is abundant in this spontaneous flower, with the scientific name Tolpis barbata . Because it was special, it could only produce a unique and authentic wine that we now call “Olho de Mocho Single Vineyard”.
Citrine color, aromas of strong minerality with nuances of flint. Full mouth, with excellent acidity providing intense freshness; relevant unctuousness and final structure with longevity.
