Quinta de San Michel
Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Subdued nose.
It presents aromas of green apple, lemon, fennel, menthol, with soft notes of dried fruits and light toast.
In the mouth it is tense, with strength due to the influence of our limestone soils. Its high acidity conveys a minerality that is very characteristic of Arinto.
The salinity is noticeable in the finish, giving this wine a unique texture. The slight evolution of the wine elevates the finish, making it even more complex.
