Kopke
It has a brilliant amber colour with greenish nuances typical of very aged wines. The aroma reveals dried fruits (walnut, fig, and raisin), caramel, honey, and subtle notes of spices and old wood. On the palate, it is silky and structured, with an excellent balance between sweetness and acidity, revealing layers of dried fruit, coffee, and toasted notes. The finish is long, deep, and very persistent.
