Dark mahogany in colour with perfumed aromas of honey, caramel, a soft spirit note and hazelnut which was lovely. Medium-bodied, soft and sumptuous with a silky elegance which I love in top Colheita with age. Brilliant acidity provides the necessary balance, showing a medium-dry style which works well with the long, unrelenting finish.
