It has an intense golden colour with amber reflections. The aroma reveals typical notes of this style: dried fruits (almond, walnut, and fig), candied orange peel, honey, and a hint of caramel and mild spices. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, with good acidity that balances the sweetness, a silky texture, and a profile already well-integrated by wood ageing. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent, with a predominance of dried fruits and fine oxidative notes.
