Made exclusively with grapes produced in clayey soils with pebbles rolled on our property, this is a wine that aged for 5 months on fine lees with battonage.
It appears shiny with a salmon color. The aroma is delicate, with notes of wild fruit, lemon zest and a slight floral note. Balanced, dry and persistent body. Fresh and long with mineral notes, white fruit and final salinity.
