White wine made from Alvarinho grapes exclusively produced in Monção and Melgaço. Grapes with high levels of acidity and good maturation, coming from older vines over 14 years old. It is a wine made the old-fashioned way, extracting more color and tannins through contact with the skins during its vinification. A different and unique way to fully exploit the potential of the Alvarinho grape variety.
