This white wine is produced from hand-harvested Maria Gomes grapes from vineyards averaging 15 years old in Ventosa do Bairro, located at an altitude of 100 meters, with an average yield of 3.9 tons per hectare. Fermentation took place partially in stainless steel for approximately the entire duration of the intense natural aromatic component of the Maria Gomes variety.

The wine was then transferred to 500L unroasted barrels, where it remained for two and a half months with periodic bâtonnage.

The purpose of using untoasted barrels was to preserve the grape variety's natural aromas, avoiding overt oak notes. The wine was then returned to the vat, where bâtonnage continued for another two months, this time at a more spaced interval. Both the barrel aging and the prolonged bâtonnage in stainless steel focused on the mouthfeel, providing greater structure, texture, and crispness.

The wine was bottled in February 2025.
