In the mouth it is soft, with good concentration, blackberries, licorice, fine acidity, balanced and ripe.

Total stemming followed by foot treading in a granite press. Alcoholic fermentation for 6 days with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Of the final batch, 20% goes through used French oak barrels for 6 months.
