Casa Amarela Colheita Red 2022, 75cl
Notes of black fruit, some floral, spices, light vanilla and toast.
In the mouth it is soft, with good concentration, blackberries, licorice, fine acidity, balanced and ripe.
Total stemming followed by foot treading in a granite press. Alcoholic fermentation for 6 days with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Of the final batch, 20% goes through used French oak barrels for 6 months.
