In the mouth it is fresh, soft, with good concentration, notes of blackberries, balanced.
Total stemming, followed by foot treading in the Granite Mill. Alcoholic fermentation for 6 days with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Of the final batch, 100% goes through new and used French oak barrels for 12 months.
