A careful selection of the plots to be harvested was made, as well as the choice of the exact moment for harvesting, in the first week of October 2009. Traditional vinification was carried out in a granite press, following centuries-old techniques very common in the region, and two years then, in spring 2011, it began a long maturation process in the bottle.

Nine years of waiting gave rise to a wine with a ruby ​​red color, intense and of great aromatic complexity, where red fruit predominates with spices and a balsamic touch.
