This Loureiro, after fermentation, was left for a few months in a fine yeast sludge to increase its structure and give it more balance and poise.

On the nose, it shows the typical note of laurel flower, with a citrus component and some more tropical notes.

In the mouth, it presents an enormous freshness, which is not aggressive, as it is integrated into an elegant, very cold, irreverent structure, showing how we are faced with a variety that deserves a lot of attention.
