Fermentation took place for 25 days in stainless steel vats and the wine remained in contact with the fine lees for 5 months with battonage.

Bright and intense colour. Very fresh aroma with citrus, floral and tropical notes. In the mouth, it is an extremely fresh wine, with good acidity, elegant and with a persistent aftertaste.
