Delicate exotic wood flavors with spicy notes, complex organic matter, mushrooms, and cedar resin from the Sintra forests. Salty notes from the Atlantic with a very interesting iodine flavor and some red fruits. Smooth and velvety on the palate, with mushrooms and iodine flavor, soft but firm tannins with a crisp and very elegant acidity, residual flavor of pine nuts and cedar resin, good concentration.
