The grapes, previously de-stemmed, underwent pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 25ºC, for 12 days, using a robot for treading. Malolactic fermentation and aging were carried out in French oak barrels for 24 months.
