Conceito Bastardo Red 2021, 75cl
It originates from family vineyards, planted around 50 years ago. The Bastardo variety ripens very early, much earlier than any other red. It was therefore decided to vinify it in a press, with foot treading and native yeasts. Made since the 2007 harvest, nowadays it only ages in stainless steel vats. From the first moment it was a wine of passion, as its color deceives the distracted eye, which is surprised by an aroma full of spices and a round, glycerin mouthfeel, which make this wine a pleasure at the table. It is a wine that evolves very slowly in the bottle, barely changing over the years. Very versatile at the table, it goes perfectly with Asian food and tomato-based dishes.
