Sparkling Wine Conceito Brut Nature 2018, 75cl
Ground grapes from the Douro, but with the Austrian grape variety Grüner Veltliner, made this white escape the appellation for the IVV label. Made for the first time in the 2012 harvest, it is fermented in used French oak barrels and then sparkling and aged in the bottle over many months in a cold cellar at a constant temperature. It is a rich sparkling wine, full of nuances of brioche and pain grillé, to which is added the exciting pepperiness of the variety. Fine and firm bubble, generous sucrosity that is balanced in extreme dryness to highlight the characteristics of the variety, this is a sparkling wine that can be drunk alone or can accompany a wide range of dishes.
