The white Conceito Único is made with a specific portion of a very old vineyard, over 100 years old. It is the new top of the range from Conceito Vinhos and is only released in exceptional years. But that's not enough. The oenology team, led by Rita Marques, needs to understand that these special grapes will not be missed, nor diminished, nor even cause the slightest change in the profile of the white Concept. This is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expected longevity of 25 or more years, and which immediately established itself on the market as a cult white wine. Recommended for delicate fish, in haute cuisine dishes.
