A wine that reflects the character and elegance of the terroir in Cortes de Cima.
The grapes used in this blend of Syrah and Touriga Franca grow in the vineyards in Vidigueira, on clay-limestone soils.
The harvest is manual and takes place at night, in the coolest hours of the morning.
All grapes pass through the sorting table, ensuring that only the best bunches reach fermentation, which occurs spontaneously, following a philosophy of minimal intervention.
The wines were aged in French oak barrels of different ages for 12 months, before the batch was aged in stainless steel before bottling.
