Hibernus Sparkling Wine Grande Cuvée Vintage Brut Nature 2018, 75cl
Created from Arinto, Baga and Chardonnay grape varieties. Made according to the classic method, with refermentation in the bottle, just like the great global sparkling wines. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which created a very distinct product. Its minimum aging on lees was 26 months. This is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines, whose disgorgement date is indicated on the packaging.
