This white wine has a golden colour, with some oxidised hues due to its age. The nose presents smoky notes, reminiscent of tobacco leaf, coffee bean, and finally some sweet notes of honey and quince. On the palate, it is a wine full of life, with an acidity and freshness that represent an Atlantic climate and a complexity that shows its Mediterranean character.
