The oldest vineyard at Herdade do Rocim has always been affectionately called “Olho de Mocho”, as it is abundant in this spontaneous flower, with the scientific name Tolpis barbata . Because it was special, it could only produce a unique and authentic wine that we now call “Olho de Mocho Single Vineyard”.
Salmon colour. Nose with a mineral character with floral and also vegetal nuances typical of the variety, some spice and complexity from the barrel aging in a cohesive and well-defined set. Wide, deep mouthfeel with remarkable freshness.
