Produced in Portalegre, in the northeast of Alentejo, this wine aged for 4 months in new French oak barrels and stainless steel. It has complex aromas of citrus, lychee and toast.

Rich and structured palate, creamy texture and fresh acidity that gives it balance and a long finish. Great complexity. Serve at 14ºC, with white meat dishes and fatty fish such as tuna or salmon.
