The grapes for this wine were de-stemmed and crushed to the warehouse where it fermented, spontaneously without temperature control.

In order to avoid too much extraction, it was pressed early and completed alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before being racked into used French oak barrels.

It aged for 12 months before being blended and bottled without fining or filtration.

Ruby in color, on the nose expresses very fresh red fruit (pomegranate, strawberry, plum), a very interesting balsamic side and tomato leaf.

In the mouth it has a vibrant acidity, filling the mouth with freshness, the tannin is very subtle, the fruit is fresh and intense, making it a very pleasant and pleasurable wine.
