Titan of Beira Interior INDIEgente Touriga Nacional Red 2020, 75cl
Very intense violet color, nose with mineral notes and fresh fruit (currants, blackberries and cherries), orange blossom, balsamic and smoked notes.
In the mouth it is fresh, with silky but challenging tannins.
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to careful manual selection, de-stemming and gentle crushing.
Fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Aging for 10 months in stainless steel plus 12 months in French oak barrels
