Kopke
It has a deep amber colour with golden reflections. The nose is dominated by dried fruits (walnut, almond and dried fig), candied orange peel, honey, caramel, and light notes of spices and old wood. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, with good acidity that still gives it freshness despite its age, an enveloping texture and layers of evolved flavours. The finish is long, harmonious and persistent.
