Citrus straw color and aromas of fresh fruit, such as pear and quince, and slight nuances of pineapple. As it opens in the glass, aromas of spices and dried fruits are released. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity. Balanced between structure and acidity, supported by white fruit, with some dried fruits and a slight vanilla flavor, the result of a well-integrated aging in wood. It is expressive and harmonious. With a long and persistent finish, due to its freshness, it promises longevity. It goes well with soups, fatty fish, cod, octopus, cheeses and sausages.
