Legacy represents a tribute from Fernando Guedes and his team to the best that the Douro has to offer, a simple homage to Sogrape's roots. A return to where it all began 75 years ago, the starting point of a dream that continues to project itself into the future.

Legado 2012 has a deep ruby color. Its aroma is extremely complex, with strong minerality, spicy aromas of cinnamon, ginger and pepper, balsamic notes of cedar and tobacco box.
Complementary notes of shrubs, some salinity and notes of excellent quality wood in perfect integration.

In the mouth it is elegant, but powerful, with a remarkable freshness, combined with tannins.
of great quality, silky and very well integrated, giving this wine great harmony and a strong personality.

The finish is extremely persistent, complex and harmonious.
