Meander do Vale Meão White 2022, 75cl
It results from a combination of Rabigato and Arinto, grape varieties recognized for their high acidity and resistance to extreme heat conditions. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation is not promoted and the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for 6 months, being bottled after this stage.
