Clay-limestone terroir of Kimeridgiano in the Arruda DOC, located at an altitude of over 300 metres, between the sea and the Tagus. 

Tinta Miúda wine, a single varietal of this indigenous and rare grape variety from the Arruda dos Vinhos region.

Complete destemming (the wine's spice comes only from the grape variety). Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels from the Allier forest and lightly toasted, followed by a further 12 months in stainless steel for the final refinement of the wine.
