Niepoort Quinta de Baixo Caracolete white is a bold and surprising interpretation of Bairrada. Made with Maria Gomes and Bical grapes, its slightly evolved color reveals fermentation with skin maceration. The nose reveals herbaceous and vegetal notes on a citrus base. On the palate, its structure impresses with excellent acidity and an almost spicy finish.
