This NatCool rosé is a blend of several vintages, with all base wines pressed before fermentation, as would happen in a classic white wine production. The colour is concentrated with some orange hues. The nose reveals notes of violet, red fruits and rhubarb, as well as nutty aromas from fermentation in new French oak barrels. On the palate it is structured, linear, finishing with a sensation of sweetness balanced by a beautiful acidity and spicy finish.
