The Fugitive Pinot Noir Red 2021, 75cl
Used at Passarella for more than a century, the Pinot Noir grape variety is far from being new. It served as the basis for Dr. Mário Pato's famous sparkling trials in the 1930s, and later it was the grape variety that served as a “culture medium” for our native yeasts.
In 2020, as has become our habit, we decided to repeat history – but now we add, to the grape variety's ability to make our “yeast”, the exemplary ability to make a great wine.
