Winemaking
The grapes that produce this wine come from vineyards selected for their granite soil and sun exposure. Harvesting is done manually, and a light pressing initiates the transformation. Gentle skin maceration, pre-fermentation batonnage on fine lees, variable but always controlled fermentations, and selected yeasts to enhance all the varietal characteristics of the grapes produce an authentic example of the true character of Vinho Verde.

Growing Conditions
The Atlantic influence provides a mild climate, green valleys and gentle ripening, producing naturally aromatic, light and refreshing wines.
