Winemaking
The grapes for this wine are carefully hand-harvested from vineyards selected for their granite soil and ideal sun exposure. Gentle maceration of the skins before fermentation brings out the best flavors of the fruit. Fermentation is conducted under controlled conditions, using selected yeasts to enhance all varietal expressions, resulting in a vibrant and unique red wine.
