Made from the Alvarinho grape variety, coming from Melgaço vineyards, this wine macerated and fermented on the skins for approximately 30 days, with subsequent aging on the lees for 18 months, in Jerez barrels, with a flower veil. Aging for 18 months in bottle. This is a wine with a strong character, intense, complex and rustic. Pequenos Rebentos Viagem ao Princípio do Mundo will always be a special edition, which will only be released on the market in exceptional years.
