A field blend white wine made from vines over 100 years old, rooted in the granite and schist soils, rich in quartz and mica, of Trás-os-Montes. Sourced from five distinct plots in the village of Sendim, the grapes include a blend of traditional varieties such as Malvasia, Verdelho, Bastardo Branco, Posto Branco, Formosa, and Dona Branca, among others—some so rare they remain unknown.

Organically grown and hand-harvested in small 20 kg boxes, the fruit undergoes a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration before being foot-trodden with the stems in a granite press. Fermentation is spontaneous, driven by indigenous yeasts, and occurs in both stainless steel barrels and seasoned French oak barrels.

The wine completes malolactic fermentation and is aged 70% in barrels used between three and six times and 30% in steel.
