This wine is the result of careful selection and ripening control, using grapes from a plot over 35 years old and Gouveio, Viosinho and Cercial grapes from 10-year-old plots.

It was vinified using the "open spout" process, fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 13°C and 15°C. It rested in stainless steel vats to maintain all its freshness, fruit, and youth.
