Quilate Grande Reserva White 2021, 75cl
The result of a careful selection and control of the ripening of grapes from three small plots of Gouveio, Viosinho and Rabigato, it was vinified through the “open spout” process. After decantation, it fermented slowly and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, in order to enhance and elevate the wine's complexity.
